• Bestow is a leading insurance technology platform serving life insurers. • Mission-driven team focused on increasing financial stability for everyone. • Seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to bridge gaps for life insurance carrier customers. • Role involves client engagement, needs assessment, and collaboration with teams. • Maintain documentation to enhance internal processes and support clients effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or other similar role in B2B enterprise software • Success working with large enterprise B2B clients, particularly in financial services or other complex and/or heavily regulated industries • Deep knowledge of the life insurance industry, including key processes, regulatory requirements, market trends, and existing systems • Strong technical skills, with experience in high-level software design & architecture (both front-end and back-end) and systems integration. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and flexibly • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
