📋 Description

• Support enterprise sales initiatives for the ANOW! workload automation suite • Serve as a technical point of contact for enterprise customers across various industries • Work closely with Sales Executives to understand customer goals and challenges • Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops for ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into solution concepts and implementation plans • Develop PoC use cases based on specific customer requirements • Participate in customer meetings to identify technical and business requirements • Support the sales process by responding to RFIs and RFPs • Collaborate with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to ensure high customer satisfaction • Systematically communicate customer feedback to the Sales and Product teams • Continuously expand knowledge of DevOps, DataOps, SOAP, observability, cloud technologies, and AI • Monitor market developments, competitors, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field, or equivalent qualifications gained through relevant professional experience • Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer, in technical presales, consulting, or technical sales of enterprise software • Experience with APIs, REST integrations, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell • Strong knowledge of modern IT architectures • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes • Knowledge of operating systems and IT security • In-depth knowledge of Automic, Control-M, or Airflow is a plus • Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog is a plus • Excellent German and English language skills • Ability to present complex technical content in a manner appropriate to the target audience • Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
