• Aansturen en begeleiden van het HR-team • Overzicht houden, prioriteiten stellen en voortgang bewaken • Management en directie adviseren • Recruitment en selectie uitvoeren • Contracten, arbeidsvoorwaarden, onboarding en uitstroom beheren • Verzuim en complexere verzuimdossiers behandelen • Functioneren, ontwikkeling en personeelscasuïstiek begeleiden • Arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken behandelen • HR-beleid ontwikkelen en verdere professionalisering realiseren • HR-processen praktisch slimmer en efficiënter inrichten • Risico’s, deadlines en belangrijke acties signaleren en opvolgen • HR-vraagstukken van A tot Z oppakken

🎯 Requirements

• Ervaren HR-professional met voldoende senioriteit en een praktische instelling • Hands-on HR-professional die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig werkt • Op managementniveau kunnen adviseren • Bereid en in staat om zelf lastige gesprekken te voeren, dossiers uit te zoeken en praktische oplossingen te realiseren • Ervaring binnen de zorg of GGZ is een pré, maar geen harde eis • Brede HR-ervaring, zelfstandigheid, gezond verstand en eigenaarschap
