📋 Description

• Lead and perform maintenance, configuration, and day-to-day administration of finance software applications globally • Maintain application settings, administration configurations, and standing data migrations • Manage finance application role security in line with best practices and the global SOX control framework • Determine appropriate role security for new finance applications and lead periodic control assessments with auditors • Perform finance application user provisioning and manage related change request tickets • Manage finance application ticket boards as the primary resource • Collaborate with senior Finance leadership on change-pipeline priorities and open tickets • Troubleshoot issues and outages in finance software and integrations • Support outsourced partners in monitoring system performance • Review application updates and software releases, and lead testing of impacted processes with Finance process owners • Assist with training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems • Help create technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications • Support internal and external auditor requests concerning Finance applications and technology • Deputize tasks owned by the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned leave periods

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • 4–6 years of professional corporate experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance applications • Experience with applications such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview preferred • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude • Demonstrated experience supporting projects and working with team members to execute deliverables • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience • Ability to work during US EST business hours
