📋 Description

• Assess employee expense claims for compliance with company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements • Support administration of the expense management application • Support administration of the corporate credit card program • Identify, capture, and communicate policy exceptions to management • Respond to expense reporting application inquiries and support users with problem resolution • Ensure audit rules, reminders, and system settings operate correctly • Maintain accurate and activated employee data • Collaborate with the General Accounting team on process improvements and efficiencies • Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and employee reimbursements in NetSuite • Handle integration between Ramp and NetSuite • Support preparation of reports and user/administrator training materials for compliance monitoring updates

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Effective listening skills • Flexibility to business needs • Sound judgment and tact in dealing with workflow and uncertain situations • Exposure to ERP systems and T&E workflow solutions such as Ramp, Navan, Brex, SAP Concur, ChromeRiver, or NetSuite is preferred
