📋 Description

• Design and improve B2C user experiences, quizzes, funnels, landing pages, and other product flows • Create visually strong concepts that communicate the right message and support product and marketing goals • Explore multiple design directions and propose creative solutions • Work with Product, Development, QA, and other designers to take ideas from concept to production • Collaborate with product teams on experiments, iterations, and improvements based on business priorities • Use AI tools in the daily design workflow, including image generation tools and Claude • Create and adapt visual assets for the product, audience, and context • Prepare clear design specifications and ensure high-quality implementation with developers • Contribute ideas and hypotheses based on users, product, and business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and graphic design skills • Experience designing B2C digital products, marketing-driven experiences, quizzes, funnels, landing pages, or similar user journeys • Experience with A/B testing and designing for experimentation • Strong command of typography, composition, imagery, and visual storytelling • Product mindset focused on user behavior, conversion, and business outcomes • Ability to work quickly, iterate, and adapt to changing product or business priorities • Proactive and independent approach to open-ended tasks and decision-making • Ability to present and explain design decisions • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience using AI tools for design and image generation, or strong motivation to incorporate them into the workflow • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to continuously learn and experiment • Hands-on experience designing quizzes or conversion-focused funnels is a plus • Previous creative/digital agency experience is a plus • Experience working on campaigns, promotional websites, social media creatives, or other visually driven projects is a plus • Experience in a fast-paced B2C product company is a plus • Experience using AI for content/image generation and improving or automating parts of the design workflow is a plus
