📋 Description

• Database research • Telephone outreach / initial contact • Active sourcing / social media recruiting • Conducting qualified interviews • Candidate follow-up • Client acquisition / client management (optional)

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent self-organization; structured and results-oriented working style • Experience working from a home office (remote work) • Flexible availability • Convincing, articulate communication skills • Personable and professional demeanor • Very good German language skills, spoken and written • Good PC and MS Office skills
