📋 Description

• Define and own architecture for a large-scale analytics and visualization platform. • Build ingestion, transformation, and serving pipelines in Java and Scala. • Design APIs and microservices delivering aggregated analytical data for visualization. • Leverage distributed frameworks (Spark, Beam, or Flink) for real-time and batch workloads. • Drive reliability, observability, and privacy-by-design practices across systems. • Mentor engineers and lead a multidisciplinary squad through delivery and iteration. • Collaborate with data and product leads to translate analytical requirements into scalable architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in backend and data engineering, focused on Java and Scala. • Proven experience designing and scaling distributed data systems handling multi-source datasets. • Strong background with Spark, Flink, or Beam and streaming technologies such as Kafka or Pub/Sub. • Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, etc.). • Experience building APIs (REST, GraphQL) and microservices in cloud-native environments. • Deep understanding of data modeling, anonymization, and privacy-safe computation. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
