• Cold call restaurant owners to generate qualified meetings for AEs • Run high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, follow-ups, tasks) • Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations • Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers • Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce • Hit daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set • Continuously improve through call coaching, QA, and performance feedback • Must be available to work swing shift from (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• You’re likely a strong fit if you: • - Enjoy cold calling and live sales conversations • - Want to build real sales skill (objection handling, control, closing for next steps) • - Are comfortable with rejection, pressure, and accountability • - Bring energy, urgency, and coachability • - Track your numbers and take pride in performance • - Want a clear path to AE or closing roles • SDR / BDR experience OR high-drive entry-level sales talent • Experience in outbound, call-center, SMB, or high-velocity sales is a plus • Restaurant, hospitality, or local business exposure is helpful — not required
