📋 Description

• Lead infrastructure management and capacity planning initiatives to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud services • Oversee infrastructure management for the organization, ensuring seamless operations and performance optimization • Lead capacity planning and optimization for the organization’s products • Manage Azure, AZAP, Elastic AP, Autopilot, and Pilotfish infrastructure components for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency • Collaborate with feature teams to gather and define infrastructure requirements for VM/cloud infrastructure SKUs • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Infrastructure Program Management within a cloud or enterprise technology environment • Experience managing complex infrastructure, cloud platform, or capacity planning initiatives from planning through execution • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, networking, storage, virtualization, and capacity management • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platforms to support infrastructure planning, deployment, and optimization • Proven ability to partner with software engineering, product management, and operations teams to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver scalable solutions • Occasional infrequent in-person activity may be required
