• Recepcionar llamadas de clientes con servicio CLARO • Brindar atención, orientación y resolver consultas • Realizar gestión comercial durante la atención • Trabajar en gestión remota para Lima y provincias • Cumplir horarios semifull o part time y descanso rotativo de 1 día a la semana

🎯 Requirements

• 3 meses de experiencia en Call Center • PC o Laptop con Windows 10 • 8 GB de RAM • Internet cableado mínimo 50 Mbps • Audífonos con entrada USB • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% remoto • Estudios de Educación Secundaria
