• Atender llamadas de clientes Claro (público peruano) • Brindar una excelente atención al cliente • Realizar gestión comercial durante la atención • Trabajar de lunes a domingo con horario rotativo en turnos AM y PM • Cumplir una gestión de 7h 30 min más 45 min de refrigerio • Tener descanso rotativo
🎯 Requirements
• 3 meses de experiencia en Call Center • PC o Laptop con Windows 10 • 8 GB RAM • Internet cableado mínimo 50 Mbps • Audífono con entrada USB • Estudios: Junior High School • Experiencia profesional: Menos de 1 año
