• Acts as Field Marketing professional visiting with agencies in the assigned territory. • Responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships in an assigned territory. • Monitors new binding activity as well as renewal retention for assigned group of agents. • Provides marketing information to agents regarding product opportunities. • Engages in consultative marketing strategy and provides detailed production data to help educate and guide agents. • Acts as primary source of correspondence from agents within assigned territory. • Answers questions and uses problem-solving skills to resolve matters for agents and customers. • Maintains appropriate level of product knowledge to be able to train agents on our products. • Identifies and communicates issues raised by individual agents as well as changes in the marketplace regarding competitors.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required. • Seven or more years related work experience. • Advance Marketing and Sales Skills. • Insurance terminology. • Microsoft Office Suite. • Company guidelines on acceptability and profitability for applications/accounts/policies.
