📋 Description

• Perform accounting tasks for assigned properties • Prepare commercial billing and send tenant statements • Post leases and receipts • Prepare waivers of late fees and reversals of charges • Prepare tenant billbacks • Process and post tenant move-outs • Update rent rolls due to changes in unit size or number • Maintain current tenant certificates of insurance on file • Post property management reports for commercial and office suites • Manage relationships with tenants and property management companies • Follow up with asset and property managers to collect delinquent accounts • Conduct accounting processes related to property acquisition and disposition • Prepare sales tax forms and submit payments for processing • Prepare reports for accounting team management • Complete other projects and tasks assigned by accounting management • Report to the Accounts Receivable Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting degree required • Must have graduated with Latin honors (cum laude or better) • CPA license required • Minimum of 3 years full-time accounting experience • Broad based accounting for real estate experience a plus • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with tenants and other outside parties • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must possess strong work ethic • Must be a team player • Yardi experience preferred • Must be able to work during standard US Pacific Time business hours (8 AM–5 PM Monday–Friday) • Must be currently based in the Philippines • Must have a CPA license • Must have graduated with Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, or summa cum laude)
