📋 Description
• Handle internal and external incidents and inquiries via official contact channels • Log and track requests, questions, and incidents • Provide Level 1 support, assisting with access, permissions, and authentication issues • Escalate issues when necessary and follow up on their resolution • Contribute to documentation and the improvement of support processes • Identify business opportunities and direct them to the commercial/sales team • Collaborate with other areas to ensure the customer’s voice is considered in solution development • Study to obtain necessary certifications, demonstrating commitment to continuous development
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a university degree in IT or related fields • Basic computer skills and/or knowledge of Microsoft 365 • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and dedication to handling a high volume of requests • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Plus: knowledge of Microsoft 365 • Plus: experience in customer service or technical support • Plus: knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems • Plus: Microsoft courses and/or certifications
