• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all new features, bug fixes, and enhancements for the claims system. • Document and communicate test results, defects, and recommendations for improvement. • Partner with Claims Systems Team to write clear specific actions for system changes. • Collaborate with claims leadership to identify process gaps. • Assist in data validation and integrity checks for regulatory reporting and compliance. • Participate in workflow evaluations to ensure service level objectives are met. • Support Claims Compliance by ensuring that all compliance-related changes are implemented effectively and accurately across all platforms. • Provide feedback to management and IT on system performance. • Support training initiatives as needed. • Contribute to continuous improvement projects of the claims system. • Promote strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • SQL Experience is a plus • Azure DevOps experience is a plus • Familiarity with claims systems and insurance workflows required
