📋 Description

• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to a team of Analytics Engineers and Analysts • Support the targeted career development of team members • Own the team backlog, including prioritizing stakeholder requests • Protect team capacity and communicate decisions transparently • Continuously improve data quality and data products • Work on KPI definitions, self-service dashboards, semantic layers, and AI products • Establish lean processes for refinement, planning, and delivery • Collaborate closely with the Head of Data and technical peers • Translate strategic priorities into concrete team goals • Represent the Data team in alignment meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in analytics or business intelligence • Experience providing functional or disciplinary leadership to one or more teams • Strong stakeholder management skills and a business-value mindset • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively • Consistent prioritization skills and the ability to maintain an overview across multiple concurrent projects • Fluent German and English skills at C1 or C2 level • Knowledge of modern data stacks, such as dbt, Redshift, and Superset, is a plus • Strong SQL skills are a plus
