📋 Description

• Maintain and organize content, documents, and information in SharePoint • Review and update CRM data in HubSpot • Assist with creating, updating, and managing reports and dashboards • Create and update training and process documentation for the Sales team • Handle administrative tasks and gain insight into Sales processes and systems • Take ownership of smaller projects

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in CRM systems and meticulous data maintenance; experience with HubSpot is a plus • Structured, careful, and reliable working style • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Initial experience with reports, dashboards, or data analysis is an advantage • Interest in Sales processes and sales organization
