📋 Description

• Own and drive the core platform experience and AI-powered personalization across Binance’s main site • Optimize the end-to-end user journey from onboarding to activation • Own product features for Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages • Design and optimize onboarding flows to improve new user conversion • Drive user journey and UI/UX optimization across key touchpoints • Collaborate with business units to drive exposure and growth initiatives across the app • Design and iterate recommendation strategies for hyper-personalized content delivery • Partner with ML/data teams to build and refine personalization engines • Define product requirements for generative UI experiences adapted to user context • Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders • Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data • Work as an individual contributor with high autonomy and direct impact on millions of users

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI-driven products strongly preferred • Proven ability to ship user-facing products with measurable impact on conversion and engagement • Strong analytical and logical thinking — can structure ambiguity into clear product specs • Comfortable working with AI/ML teams and translating model capabilities into user value • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders • Ability to define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data
