📋 Description

• Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations • Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering, providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation • Drive Finance transformation and automation, leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models • Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance, and liaise with auditors and external advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7+ years' relevant experience • Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills • Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued • Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems • Advanced Excel skills • ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus • Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills • Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment
