📋 Description

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers • Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into the daily development workflow • Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend • Act as a full stack “seed learner” within the team, absorbing full stack practices, contributing ideas, and growing into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer • Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows • Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus • Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions • Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang • Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks • Experience building end-to-end projects • Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts • Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar • Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools • Self-driven and boundaryless, eager to learn and willing to go beyond assigned scope • Product mindset and curiosity about the “why” behind what you build • Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies
