📋 Description

• Develop and implement core products • Communicate with product managers to design and implement product features supporting the system • Tune performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems • Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices • Identify, log, and resolve compliance issues • Collaborate with other departments on particular projects and special compliance projects as necessary • Design and develop scalable, reliable solutions addressing compliance challenges • Support the Tech Compliance team in ensuring technological operations meet regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience • Proficient in core Java and familiar with Spring Framework • Proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database • Proficient in distributed system design and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and underlying design principles • Able to cope with stress and quickly learn new knowledge • Good cross-team communication skills • Preferred: proficient in Spring Cloud and microservice design • Preferred: related domain experience in the FinTech industry • Preferred: experience or interest in developing backends, APIs, libraries, and SDKs • Preferred: performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc. • Preferred: global team management experience
