🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in performance-driven user acquisition, especially rebate or volume-based growth models • 5+ years of hands-on experience in regional growth or marketing operations, with multi-country execution exposure • Deep understanding of fiat payment systems and exchange on/off-ramp mechanics • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work with compliance, risk, and AML teams to identify and mitigate risks • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders • Posses a sharp, fast-thinking mind and ability to deliver under pressure • Strong analytical skills and market insight with a bias toward data-driven decisions
