📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing VIP clients in Southeast Asia • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client queries, issue resolution, and product support • Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to identify upsell opportunities and hidden client needs • Coordinate with Compliance, Product, and Security teams to ensure smooth client servicing • Prepare client analysis reports and track key account status • Identify, prospect, and onboard new VIP clients from the Southeast Asia market • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, local communities, and existing networks • Support planning and execution of local VIP events, including dinners, meetups, and anniversary events • Prepare pitch materials, market updates, and competitive comparisons for client meetings • Monitor competitor activity and provide relevant market intelligence • Serve as the local market presence in Southeast Asia and provide feedback to the broader APAC team • Support regional APAC initiatives, including ANZ events and cross-market campaigns • Meet targets for client service quality and new VIP onboarding performance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree • Fluency in English required • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with data tools/spreadsheets • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus • Existing network of crypto/stock traders is particularly valuable, especially quant trading or mathematical finance communities • Personal exposure to trading, including stocks, crypto, ETFs, or other financial instruments • Prior experience or internship in finance, technical sales, research, or client services • Understanding of the local crypto trading community and market dynamics
