📋 Description

• Drive long-term value creation across RUO Proteins, Small Molecules, and other ACS product categories. • Shape and execute a portfolio strategy to support Growing and Leveraging the Core. • Optimize portfolio performance through data in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and operational systems. • Define and execute a structured lifecycle management strategy, incorporating product maturity models and end-of-life strategies. • Drive analysis and recommendations to inform product evolution and differentiation. • Design and implement scalable portfolio models, including robust product hierarchies and standardized data structures. • Co-lead the NPI phase-gate process to ensure a unified approach to new product development and launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • 10+ years of experience in portfolio or product management, preferably in a technology, industrial, or life sciences setting. • Proven experience with NPI phase-gate processes, lifecycle management, and cross-functional program leadership. • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large data sets and portfolio dashboards. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. • Experience with ERP, PLM, or portfolio management tools a plus.
