📋 Description

• Assist Clinical Project Managers with project administration • Draft project documents • Review and edit project presentations • Participate in project meetings, conference calls, and training calls • Read and understand project protocol documents • Liaise with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of study deliverables • Report study needs and issues • Monitor internal data flow to ensure completion of tasks within agreed timeframes • Respond to inquiries professionally, courteously, and promptly • Communicate with clients regarding project status • Verify protocol imaging requirements and identify queries appropriately • Serve as acting Project Manager in the absence of the assigned Project Manager • Mentor, guide, and support the Operations team • Follow up on outstanding items, including missing data and incomplete paperwork • Assist in tracking and resolving client issues • Serve as an additional point of contact to clients, sites, and sponsors • Keep supervisor advised of current issues • Adhere to organizational SOPs • Execute technical and clinical functions according to study protocols, Clario’s GCPs, ICH, and FDA Guidelines • Participate in modifying company SOPs and Process Documents • Review and recommend improvements to operational procedures • Participate in process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • GCP knowledge/experience/training desirable • Experience working with Microsoft Office Programs • Experience working with clinical trials and/or within pharmaceutical environment preferred • Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities • Excellent attention and orientation toward meticulous work • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational skills • Goal oriented • Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
