📋 Description

• Lead and manage the RFI and content management function • Oversee the RFI content library, governance, content management systems, and proposal management tools • Assess content management platforms and implement continuous improvements • Support RFIs, proposals, questionnaires, and business development documentation with internal stakeholders • Drive operational efficiencies across team deliverables • Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, current, and aligned with organizational objectives • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams on content and knowledge sharing • Participate in product release readiness discussions and content readiness activities • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and continuous improvement • Manage, coach, mentor, and develop team members • Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development • Assign and distribute workload to optimize productivity and resources • Monitor team performance, objectives, compliance requirements, and operational metrics • Drive process standardization and collaboration across Proposal and Proposal Development functions • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance performance, service delivery, and business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment • Minimum 5 years of experience in RFI, content management, proposal management, commercial operations, project management, or related functions • Demonstrated people leadership and direct personnel management experience • Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing high-performing teams • Experience using proposal and content management platforms such as Qvidian or Responsive • Experience managing content libraries, knowledge management processes, and content governance programs • Expert knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology, practices, and business development processes • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Expert knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms • Strong analytical, written, communication, organizational, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment • Success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements • Based in India or able to work in India in alignment with local employment requirements
