📋 Description

• Facilitate the setup, delivery, and reporting of all training services for sponsors/CROs, site staff, patients, or internal Clario employees • Schedule training sessions, confirm dates with sponsors, coordinate training invitations, and manage registration lists • Collect training materials for the live training team, including software builds, devices, and presentation decks • Act as a virtual training room monitor, manage meeting rooms, provide technical support to attendees, and triage questions in chat • Send surveys to attendees • Update training documentation to include KTR, attendance lists, and survey results • Provide requested ad-hoc reports to clients • Manage tickets generated via Customer Care in relation to the learning management system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to the clinical trial industry • Professional certifications regarding adult learning or project management are recommended but not required • 1-2 years' experience working in a corporate training role or in a help desk/call center role • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn new software and tools quickly
