📋 Description
• Achieve sales targets by providing technical consultation on sample preparation and analytical workflows. • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Biotage solutions through consultative sales. • Develop and execute account plans for key customers to drive long-term business growth. • Support method development, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver customer training. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop scientific content, including application notes, webinars, and technical presentations. • Represent Biotage at conferences, exhibitions, customer seminars, and other marketing events. • Maintain customer opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system while providing regular sales forecasts and market feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• MSc in Analytical Chemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline • Hands-on experience with HPLC, UHPLC, LC-MS/MS, and analytical sample preparation techniques • Previous experience in technical sales, field applications, or customer-facing scientific roles is advantageous • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and willing to travel for customer visits, trainings, and conferences • Japanese – Native • English – Conversational level required; business-level proficiency preferred
