• Map, model, analyze and redesign business processes using BPMN. • Conduct interviews, workshops and elicitation sessions with business areas and stakeholders. • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, operational risks and opportunities for process improvement. • Produce AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, ensuring standardization and adherence to best practices. • Prepare functional documentation, operational procedures and executive materials related to processes. • Define and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, integrating operational, technical and technology areas. • Support process governance initiatives, change management and the promotion of a continuous improvement culture.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (sciences, engineering, or humanities) recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). • MBA or postgraduate degree in Process Management or Production/Industrial Engineering. • Proven experience in projects for mapping, improving and transforming business processes. • Experience in at least 3 process improvement or operational transformation projects. • Experience in complex corporate environments. • Experience conducting workshops, interviews and aligning with multiple stakeholders. • Experience in process automation initiatives, digital transformation or BPM is a differential. • Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN. • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and designing AS-IS and TO-BE processes. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and operational transformation. • Ability to prepare executive presentations and functional documentation. • Experience using process modeling tools, such as Microsoft Visio or similar. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with PowerPoint mandatory. • CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) or CBPA (Certified Business Process Associate) – highly desirable. • Strong ability to communicate clearly, in a structured way and tailored to different audiences. • Analytical thinking and a systems view to understand end-to-end processes. • Ease in facilitating workshops and interacting with different business areas. • Ability to simplify complex problems and translate analyses into practical actions. • Proactivity, autonomy and positive energy to work in dynamic, transformational environments.
