📋 Description

• Develop and execute a market strategy to drive ridership, revenue, and operational excellence. • Continuously drive operational improvement through world-class supply management. • Partner cross-functionally with other members of the Bird team to measure the impact and efficiency of our projects and experiments. • Have the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying urgency and scope with minimal guidance. • Effectively communicate with team and cross functional stakeholders through reporting and regular working group meetings. • Be a hard-working multitasker, supporting teams in multiple locations. You’ll be one of the go to people when the business requires solutions to fire drills. • Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle performance, efficiency, and safety. • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, using data insights to drive continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of professional experience in project management, technology, supply chain, high-growth operations, or startups • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, utilizing project management and analytics expertise to independently own and execute projects with a high degree of autonomy • Exceptional Communication in English and Italian • Willingness to travel up to 20%
