📋 Description

• Design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Azure cloud architecture with a focus on AKS, networking and security • Development of reusable, documented Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (Terraform, Ansible) and design and operation of multi-stage CI/CD pipelines • Operation and hardening of Kubernetes workloads including certificate management, Ingress, secrets and upgrades • Implementation and operation of monitoring and observability solutions and analysis of performance and stability issues in production • Advising executive management and technical teams on architecture, security and cost optimization, including technical coordination with customer stakeholders • Maintaining architecture documentation and runbooks and, prospectively, integrating Azure OpenAI/AI services into operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure as the primary cloud platform (minimum 4 years) • Solid practical experience in building, operating and hardening AKS (Helm, Ingress, TLS, upgrades) • Comprehensive knowledge of Azure networking (VNETs, subnets, NSGs, peering, VPN, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints) • Confident use of core Azure services such as Storage, SQL, Key Vault, Managed Identity, Event Hub, Service Bus, Data Factory and API Management • Production experience with Terraform and Ansible as well as CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) • Experience with monitoring/observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) and container- and GitOps workflows (Docker, Argo CD, Kustomize) • Knowledge of security hardening (Zero Trust, Entra ID, OAuth2, RBAC in AKS) • Basic knowledge of Spring Boot/Java microservices, Kafka/event streaming and REST API design is a plus
