• You manage the member life cycle and play a key role in achieving our ambitious targets. • You design and implement member retention and win-back campaigns independently. • You support our executive management in meetings with key accounts and prospective member companies. • You coordinate the onboarding process for new members into Bitkom’s activities and services and contribute to their ongoing development.
• A successfully completed university degree with a focus on technical subjects, social sciences, law, or economics. • Initial professional experience in account management, sales, or event marketing, preferably in the services sector. • Strong verbal and written communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and engaging presence in one-on-one and group settings in both German and English. • Enjoyment of networking, teamwork, and empathy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
