📋 Description

• build and run Activate’s fellow talent engine • own the system by designing and continuously improving the end-to-end fellow selection system • proactively attract exceptional scientific talent • ensure the selection process remains independent and credible • evolve systems to capture “reviewer signals” and founder trajectories • articulate a compelling, data-backed view of cohorts' frontier of hard tech • design tools, workflows, and data systems to allow selection to scale • explore and launch new products, conducting customer discovery • leverage AI and new technologies to improve quality, speed, and experience
