📋 Description

• Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features • Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily: understand their setups, workarounds, and frustrations • Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; ship end-to-end alongside engineering and design • Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech • Track record of shipping products with real adoption • Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones • Practical experience with DeFi: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas dynamics • Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile • Clear written communication: specifications, decision documents, async updates
