📋 Description

• Lead the quality efforts for Bitwarden product across mobile, web, and server components • Hire and develop a cross-functional QA team • Own the quality process and decision support for product development • Evaluate and implement testing tools • Report on team progress to management • Advocate for the QA team and total quality management

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and provide vision direction • Experience building and growing successful teams • Management or team lead experience from a previous technical position • Propensity towards leadership and mentoring • Strong interpersonal skills to form good relationships with other leaders • A strong sense of empathy and the ability to advocate for others • Analytical skills to evaluate the success of Bitwarden • Experience in testing a SaaS consumer and/or enterprise product • Experience in lean or agile development and delivery • Excitement and enthusiasm for helping customers solve security and password challenges • Zeal for learning and developing automation and quality processes
