BIUD is a Brazilian data-driven marketing intelligence platform that helps retailers unify marketing and sales to optimize campaigns and increase revenue. The SaaS solution integrates transactional data from POS, ERPs, e-commerce and other sources, applies AI to generate customer profiles, product basket insights, timing and channel recommendations, and automates personalized communications via WhatsApp, email and SMS. BIUD targets small stores to large retail chains and franchises, providing dashboards and automations to improve conversion, average ticket and incremental sales.

📋 Description

• Develop and evolve REST APIs (Node.js/NestJS) and product frontends (Next.js/React) end-to-end • Model and optimize PostgreSQL databases and caching layers with Redis • Build integrations with external services (payments, messaging, cloud) and automations • Work on products with AI and LLMs, from integration to evaluation (evals) of model outputs • Participate in architectural decisions and conduct code reviews • Maintain delivery standards: tests, documentation, logs and observability • Mentor colleagues and act as a technical reference for quality and security

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js + TypeScript, NestJS and TypeORM • Advanced PostgreSQL (modeling, query tuning) and Redis • Next.js + React + TypeScript, with Tailwind and SCSS; state management with Redux Toolkit • Testing with Jest and Playwright; documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI • Authentication/SSO with Keycloak/OIDC (or equivalent OAuth2/OpenID) and API security best practices • Integration with LLM providers, prompt engineering and evaluation of model outputs • Autonomy to deliver end-to-end in partnership with the squad
