📋 Description

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution • Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams • Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects • Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers • Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams • Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them • Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department • Move the AI Neobank app expansion forward across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operating rhythm

🎯 Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline • Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator • Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities • Strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation • Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process • Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage • Strong English communication is required • Candidates must already be based in Netherlands
