📋 Description
• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution. • Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams. • Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects. • Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers. • Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams. • Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them. • Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.
🎯 Requirements
• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline. • Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator. • Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities. • Strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation. • Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process. • Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
