📋 Description

• Identify opportunities across People, Finance, Operations, Recruiting, and business workflows for AI improvements • Build AI-powered internal tools and systems from concept to production • Design and implement intelligent workflows, automations, and integrations • Translate business needs into practical product and technical solutions • Work with teams across A1 to understand problems and deliver impactful solutions • Own end-to-end execution from idea generation through deployment and iteration • Participate in code reviews and design reviews • Discuss architecture, make decisions quickly, ship frequently, and monitor production systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development • Strong programming fundamentals • Experience building and shipping production software, AI applications, or automation systems • Strong technical foundation and problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams • Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations is a plus • Professional software engineering experience is screened at 3–5, 5–8, or 8+ years, but no minimum is explicitly required in the posting • Python, Go, TypeScript / Node.js, Java, cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure), and Docker / Kubernetes are listed in the application screening form • Experience building integrations between multiple systems or SaaS platforms is screened in the application form
