📋 Description

• Build mobile features across Android, iOS or cross-platform flows depending on your strength. • Create clean journeys for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and AI-assisted features. • Work from product problem to shipped mobile experience, not just assigned screens. • Collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch reliable customer-facing features. • Improve app quality through production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behaviour. • Help raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability and speed across the product.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both. • Experience shipping production mobile apps used by real users. • Good product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases. • Able to work across APIs, releases, debugging and production issues. • Hands-on builder who can take ownership without heavy guidance. • Clear evidence of shipped work: app links, GitHub, screenshots or project explanations. • Engineers who only want fully defined tickets. • Developers who build screens without caring about user experience. • People who ignore crashes, edge cases, loading states or performance. • Engineers who move slowly in a startup environment. • People who exaggerate impact without explaining their actual contribution.
