• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple clients • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and database searches • Work on a wide range of tech roles including: Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Frontend & Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA/Automation Testers, Data & Cloud Roles and/or Cybersecurity Roles • Understand technical job descriptions and client requirements • Conduct initial HR screening and candidate evaluations • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and trackers • Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• 1–2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment • Experience handling multiple tech roles simultaneously • Good understanding of technology stacks and IT terminology • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions • Strong follow-up and coordination skills • Consultancy recruitment experience is preferred • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred
