• Establish and develop business partnerships between Key Accounts in the US and Black Rifle Coffee Company • Take a “hands-on” approach working with Key Account stakeholders • Assess, evaluate and gain insights on both BRCC and Key Account infrastructures • Investigate customer experience, negotiate resolutions, and keep Key Account stakeholders informed • Prepare monthly Key Account reports to Operations, Sales, etc. • Manage deduction and accounts receivable issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in key account and/or vendor relationship roles • Proven use of vendor management software • Strong conflict resolutions skills • Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships • Detail oriented with strong follow-through and ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks • Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, time management, and project management.
