📋 Description

• Design and implement full-stack features across the internal Black Net platform using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB • Champion AI-augmented development within the team • Set up, configure, and maintain AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor • Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate requirements and user stories into working software • Contribute to architecture decisions as Black Net expands into ERP integration and procurement workflows • Integrate AI coding agents and automation into Black Net's processes • Participate in code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, and scalability • Refine best practices and team agreements • Run occasional knowledge-sharing sessions on AI coding tools

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development • Proficiency in TypeScript • Experience with a modern frontend framework; Angular is the stack, with strong React or Vue candidates considered • Backend development experience with Node.js and REST API design • Hands-on experience with a document or relational database; MongoDB is used • Active daily experience with at least one AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or similar • Ability to explain AI tooling and development concepts clearly to colleagues with varying technical backgrounds • Comfortable working in a small team without a large support structure • Background in B2B environments, enterprise applications, internal tooling, or ERP/HR system integrations is nice to have • Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic AI frameworks, or background job orchestration is nice to have • Familiarity with Docker containerisation and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions is nice to have
