📋 Description

• Provide clinical collaboration to nurse practitioners delivering pediatric mental health care • Support and assess clinical decision-making to ensure the highest standard of patient care • Conduct high-quality reviews of patient charts on a regular cadence in accordance with Virginia state requirements • Be available for virtual consultations with nurse practitioners as clinical questions arise • Collaborate with the clinical and leadership team to refine workflows and implement best practices • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for complex or escalated cases across the patient population

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist licensed in Virginia (MD or DO) • Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license in good standing • 5+ years of collaborative clinical experience (CRNP collaboration preferred) • Comfortable working in a fully remote, telehealth environment • Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection • Availability for approximately 2-5 hours per month for chart reviews and consultations • Ability to respond to urgent clinical consultations in a timely manner
