📋 Description
• Monitor DCM, CRI and Home Equity transactions. • Monitor the pipeline of new DCM transactions. • Support portfolio management and investment allocation analyses. • Provide support for credit, market and asset performance analyses. • Prepare materials and reports to support investment decisions. • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to track transactions.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in the financial market, preferably in real estate funds, structured credit, DCM or CRI. • Knowledge of investment analysis and capital markets. • Advanced Excel. • Analytical profile with strong organizational and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
