• Drive sales expansion across key verticals (Fintech, Digital Trust, Entertainment) to deliver ambitious growth targets and shape commercial strategy. • Design and execute go-to-market strategies to launch services in new markets and regions, adapting for local industry dynamics. • Leverage industry trends, market data, and competitive insights to guide strategy. • Identify, approach, and secure new clients using a systematic lead generation playbook and convert leads into profitable client agreements. • Drive consultative selling with C-level decision-makers; uncover client pain points and co-create blockchain and digital solutions. • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, negotiation, closing, onboarding and onboarding clients. • Collaborate cross-functionally within the ecosystem and group companies to align efforts and realise business development opportunities. • Maintain and deepen client partnerships to deliver long-term value and recurring revenue. • Track, monitor, and report sales performance metrics and share with management. • Be at the forefront of expansion efforts and shape the organisation’s commercial DNA.
• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience within the financial services sector, including fintech, banking, or top-tier consulting firms. • Proven success in a B2B Sales/ Business Development role bringing deep industry knowledge in at least one core vertical: Fintech, Digital Trust (KYC), Entertainment. • Previous work experience within the banking/financial sector with deep understanding of banking operations at HQ level in an innovation/digital role. • Strong deal making ability: prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial B2B deals. • Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and entering new geographic markets. • Established strong networks and connections in one of the vertical industries to open doors and accelerate opportunities. • Languages: English (fluent/native); Arabic (fluent) a distinct advantage. • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. • Strong interest in Technology or Blockchain-driven solutions; ability to identify blockchain-driven solutions. • Must have a strong professional network in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. • Ability to identify pain points and co-create innovative solutions with potential clients, particularly those leveraging blockchain technology. • Track record of opening new markets and building relationships with fintechs, retail banks, and payment providers.
