• Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies to launch services in new markets and regions, adapting for local industry dynamics and growth opportunities. • Leverage industry trends, market data, and competitive insights to guide strategy and commercial decisions. • Identify, approach, and secure new clients across target verticals (Fintech, remittances/stablecoins/tokenization, banking, insurance, capital markets; Entertainment; Digital Trust/KYC). • Use a systematic lead generation playbook to identify and engage leads at scale and convert them into profitable client agreements. • Collaborate cross-functionally within the ecosystem and group companies to align efforts and realise business development opportunities. • Drive consultative selling: uncover client pain points, co-create innovative solutions with technology and solutions teams, and work with C-level decision-makers. • Translate, conceptualise and co-create blockchain and digital solutions that transform industries. • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and handover to delivery teams. • Maintain and deepen client partnerships to deliver long-term value and recurring revenue. • Track, monitor and report sales performance metrics and share insights with management.
• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience within the financial services sector, including fintech, banking, or top-tier consulting firms. • Proven success in a B2B Sales/Business Development role bringing deep industry knowledge in at least one core vertical: Fintech, Digital Trust (KYC), or Entertainment. • Previous work experience within the banking/financial sector with deep understanding of banking operations at HQ level in an innovation/digital role. • Strong deal making ability: prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial B2B deals. • Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and entering new geographies or markets. • Established strong networks and connections in one of the vertical industries to open doors and accelerate opportunities. • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. • Strong interest in Technology or Blockchain-driven solutions. • Must have a strong professional network in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. • Ability to identify pain points and co-create innovative solutions with potential clients, particularly those leveraging blockchain technology. • Demonstrable success in sourcing and securing high-value clients within target vertical ecosystems.
