• Lead generation and qualification: Identifying and developing potential customers through targeted prospecting and lead qualification. • Customer acquisition: Executing outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities. • Needs analysis: Conducting detailed needs analyses to understand the requirements of potential customers and offer tailored solutions. • Collaboration with the sales team: Working closely with our clients' Account Executives to ensure that leads are effectively followed up and developed into successful closes. • CRM management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data maintenance in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Market monitoring: Observing market trends and competitors in order to continuously adapt and improve sales strategies. • Reporting and analysis: Preparing regular reports on sales activities and analysing sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development, preferably in the SaaS industry • Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools • Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to sell solutions that deliver real value • Self-motivated, with the ability to plan independently and set priorities
