📋 Description

• Manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury activities. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability. • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management. • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements. • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. • Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies. • Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and financial modeling for software products and services. • Monitor project profitability, revenue recognition, and cost allocation for software development projects. • Partner with department heads to support budgeting and financial decision-making. • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement automation where appropriate. • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and business analyses as requested by senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting. • At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. • Experience in a software, SaaS, or technology company is highly preferred. • Experience with ERP systems and financial management software. • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Solid understanding of IFRS or GAAP accounting standards. • Experience with revenue recognition principles, particularly for software or SaaS businesses. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar. • Knowledge of financial analysis, cash flow management, taxation, and internal controls. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • High level of integrity and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to influence business decisions through financial insights.
